Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, our company has a pet-free accommodation policy.

What are your Check-in / Check-out times?

Our check-in time is from 3 pm and check-out is before 10 am. However, it might be possible to check-in / check-out outside of these hours if it has been pre-arranged.

Are there any house rules?

No partying or any form of anti-social behaviour.
No non-paying guests staying overnight.
No illegal trade or business activities.

When do you send out check-in instructions?

Check-in details are normally sent out the day before check-in. Please contact us if you have not received it.

What is your smoking policy?

We have a non smoking policy inside all our properties, however some cigarette bins are provided outside the building. We also request guests to bin butts responsibly! Anyone found smoking inside our accommodations would be charged a minimum of £200.

Drugs and alcohol policy

We have a zero tolerance policy on illegal drugs across all our properties and will consider reporting to the relevant authorities. We respect guest’s right to consume alcohol in our premises, as long as it’s done responsibly and no anti-social behaviour is displayed.

Do I need to pay a damage deposit?

There is usually a damage deposit and the amount varies across different properties.
